Healthy Diet Tips Live Without Cholesterol

During this time many people think, the threat of disease due to high cholesterol is only valid for those who are elderly or whose weight is excessive. In fact, more and more people who are in the productive age (ranging in age from 20s) are also affected by high cholesterol. Cholesterol is a fatty acid components in the blood that is actually required by the body to form hormones, cells and caring for nerve cells.
